Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Nominate a candidate for induction into the Miami Beach Senior High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame. 2026 nomination deadline: June 15, 2026.

About the Hall of Fame. The Miami Beach Senior High School (MBSHS) Alumni Association has established an honorary Annual Hall of Fame to recognize individuals of exceptional distinction. Induction is reserved for those whose personal and/or professional achievements have made a significant and enduring contribution to humankind and who embody the legacy and high ideals associated with the MBSHS experience.

Nomination criteria. A nominee may be a former student or a member of the faculty at Miami Beach Sr. High School. Alumni may not be considered for induction until ten years after their graduation from MBSHS. The nominee and nominator must both be dues-paying members of the Alumni Association — join or renew here.

Submission deadline. The completed nomination form, along with no more than two (2) letters of support and the nominee’s current professional resume, must be received no later than June 15, 2026.
